Februar 2018 wird geschlechtsspezifische Gewalt als Menschenrechtsverletzung anerkannt. In unserem neuen Film zeigen wir, wie sich die Berichterstattungsstelle geschlechtsspezifische Gewalt des Deutschen Instituts für Menschenrechte engagiert, um diese Form der Gewalt zu bekämpfen und die Betroffenen zu schützen.

Footage from the scene of ‘Festival of Future Nows’, 2017, the festivals’s second iteration, which took place during Berlin Art Week 2017 at Hamburger Bahnhof, Berlin. Organised by the Nationalgalerie – Staatliche Museen zu Berlin, Studio Olafur Eliasson, and the Institut für Raumexperimente e.V., the four-day festival brought together a mix of emerging practitioners and more renowned artists under the banner ‘The challenge is in the moment, the time is always now.’ The festival was choreo-graphed by Sven Beckstette, Natalie Keppler, and Christina Werner.
